  Lovely clean apartments, family friendly, nice quiet location, helpful staff. More facilities at sister hotel, short walk to supermarket and beach. Fabulous restaurants around. Decor a little dated and no lift for 3 story apartment blocks that caused some family's a bit of a problem. we enjoyed our stay

  We found these apartments very clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly they felt a little tired and could do with a complete refit - the bathroom is extremely small and poorly designed with the bath and shower having seen better days. Weekly Wi-Fi charges were pretty high on top of paying the tourist tax and for the use of the safe PLUS a €15 deposit! We found the snack bar to be quite expensive too; it cost us €12 for a cold drink, a coffee and a packet of crisps! Although we made the best of our holiday we probably wouldn't stay there again.

  Basic rooms but clean and tidy. Great place for families. Nice pool with separate pool for toddlers and young children. Bbqs Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays (holiday Aug 2017). Half board available but food is served in the sister hotel isla paraiso literally 3min walk/ 200 mtrs down the road. I went half board and would recommend this to anyone going. Beach 8 min walk.

  Very poor. ANTS EVERYWHERE. Room not ready at check in. Dirty rooms on arrival. Keycard/Vingcard not set up right, failed after 24 hours. Advertised satellite TV did not work - only Spanish freeview. WiFi for 2 devices €70 for the week. Safe Key €20 with a €15 deposit they seemed reluctant to give back. Rooms noisy, maids smashing furniture round at 7.30am. Shower awful, floor flooded due to broken 1980s shower head. Hot water lasts 2 minutes for shower. Bedding not changed in 7 days. Balcony rubbish - looks straight into apartment opposite. Put a beach towel out on drying rail, even in hot weather, was still damp 10 hours later. Windy some nights, glass everywhere as someone's ashtray fell from the third floor. Kitchen reasonably well stocked.

  The pool is medium but it get full easily and it is connected the the small (baby pool)
